In the UK they write "7 December", but they say "the 7th of December".
In the USA they write "December 7", but they say "December 7th".
We use possessive pronouns before body parts.
"I hurt my hand."
"Could you scratch my back?"
"She touched his leg."
Sample sentences with the idiom "to be/feel under the weather":
"I'm sorry I can't go out with you tonight. I'm a little under the weather."
