I highly recommend 5 Minute English - it's a website to learn English for children and adults, where you can find all learning levels - from beginning to advanced. On this website you will find:
- grammar explanations and exercises,
- reading texts with questions and tasks (with answers),
- vocabulary lessons,
- short lessons to comprehend reading texts (vocabulary, audio, reading text, exercises),
- pronunciation exercises,
- idoms and collocations.
Every lesson is short and brief, so you will never be bored here and you will always come back on the website.
Speechyard is a platform where we can watch films in English and at the same time learn selected words from these films. In the free version we get access to all movies, we can translate 20 selected words from the movie and add them to the learning module. The paid version has no restrictions on the number of words translated, we also get a wider range of vocabulary consolidation exercises. We can also use the website on mobile devices. After we register on the website http://speechyard.com/pl, we choose the movie you are interested in. While watching the movie, we still see subtitles. If a word is incomprehensible to us, we hover over it and click. The service will offer us several translations. By clicking on the + sign to the right of the word, we can add it to the learning module. After watching the video, we can practice all the words added to the learning module.
If you are an app freak, it's good to use different applications to learning English too. I will show you many handy apps to keep learning English in a few minutes. Furthermore, I will show you many online dictionaries and websites to learn languages.
